Today marks the beginning of my 18 week te reo Māori course. Here are the learning outcomes:
Ngā Hua Ako | Learning Outcomes
Students will be able to:
- comprehend simple conversational and instructional language
- use vocabulary, sentence structures and phrases suitable for instructional and conversational language, in a range of everyday whānau activities inside and outside the home
- use appropriate idiom for everyday situations
- welcome and farewell visitors in the home
- apply language in a way that is culturally appropriate.
