Opportunities and successes:
Trialled Andrea Muller’s method of constructing summative task groupings. Group by interest not ability. Outcome was high interest and engagement.
Listening to ideas and implementing them (Lit Quiz, class groups)
Challenges and Opportunities
Working with students to maximise their potential. Especially when the student demonstrates a willingness to sit back and be just ‘good enough’.

Encourage reflection and deep connections
Symbolism eg diamond or personal symbol to define self
